July 2018 Recap

We made it through July and now August is underway - keep moving ladies. All the miles, meet-ups and smiles are so encouraging and let's be honest - we are kicking butt. Don't compare yourself to anyone, keep working on what you need to do to be where you want to be.

Monday Night Series

Each Monday night various members are hosting runs throughout the cities we run in. From creative post-run treats to exploring new trails, this has been a great way for our group to get out with miles and smiles. Thank you to everyone who is hosting these events and all the members who are coming out!

Rock Painting Event

Special thanks to Goat's Goodies for organizing this fun event! Frunners and kiddos got together and painted rocks to leave along our routes. We used #MRTTROX on each rock so we can track if anyone finds them. No doubt we have some creative artists in the group, enjoy rock hunting.
